We use the latest technology such as the well-established tumescent technique and the newest automated reciprocating very fine cannulas. These cannulas are very thin and consequently are minimally invasive.

Puregraft™ is currently the most advanced fat transfer technology. Fat augmentation has, up to this point, consisted of directly injecting the fat immediately after removal with little success. Impurities were not filtered from the fat before the transfer. Puregraft ™ filters the fat and results in healthier, more viable fat cells which reduces inflammation. The procedure is performed in our AAAHC Accredited Surgery Center. This is the largest accrediting agency in the country. We have been accredited for over fifteen years and have always had the highest accreditation given. Our patients undergo a thorough physical and blood work prior to their surgery. There is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist and a nurse with a Masters Degree in anesthesia in our staff. All of our staff, as well as Dr. De La Cruz and the anesthesia personnel, are present throughout the recovery process. Dr.De La Cruz calls his patients that evening.
